About Hittina Palya Mix

Hittina palya, also called jhunka, is a dry gram-flour curry cooked with onion, chilli and spices. It is the quickest side dish in a North Karnataka kitchen.

Our mix comes with the besan and spices measured out. You add onion and oil and it is ready in about ten minutes.

How to eat it

  • Serve hot with jolada rotti or kadak rotti.
  • Pack it with chapati for lunch boxes.
