About Ennegai Masala

Ennegai, the stuffed brinjal curry, is the dish that goes with jolada rotti. The masala is what makes it, and getting it right takes time.

Our masala blends roasted groundnut, sesame, dry coconut and North Karnataka spices.

How to eat it

  • Stuff into small brinjals and cook with oil and onion.
  • Also works with capsicum or ladies finger.
